Hey there! We have a client who wishes to be able to tag their VIP patients (this actually means very irresponsible patient – frequent no shows and last minute cancellations etc). They want more than an alert. Is it possible to tag these patients so that it’s easy to see, when the patient calls, that they are a VIP. Or if they wanted to run a list of VIP patients to call for same day appointment openings, a way to classify them?
Thank you Dayna. Which one would be the easiest to spot (I know sometimes it can be easiest to click through the alerts) that is still searchable? Option #1, Continuing Care type (thinking that might mess up their recall status?) or Option #2?
