During last week’s webinar we dissected the Treatment Plan and mapped out the clinical component, financial component and the scheduling component. Now we move into managing this case. What if the patient doesn’t schedule, what do we do? Who is responsible for following up with the patient and how do we do that? Maybe parts of the treatment plan have been referred out to a specialist and we need to coordinate the timing or parts with the referring doctor.
There is a lot that goes into making sure our patients are being taken care of and we take care of all those details. We don’t want anything to fall through the cracks and leave our patients hanging.
