Looking to improve communication skills?
Want to build stronger team and patient relationships?
Would you like to decrease empty chair time?
Front office tasks should never take the place of focusing on the patient. Confirming appointments, filing insurance, and processing incoming mail are a by-product of exceptional patient care. Exceptional patient care starts with our communication skills. How we communicate and what we share in our conversations keeps the practice growing. It’s never been more important to talk to your patients and treat them as a part of the dental team. Good conversational skills can help you enjoy stronger patient relationships and a more productive practice.
Attendees will be engaged as they discuss the challenges they face as a team to develop long lasting relationships with each other and patients. Working together they will develop skills and strategies to overcome the obstacles that stop them from focusing on people first.
- Improve communication/conversation skills
- Focus more on the person
- Build better relationships
- Consistently deliver exceptional care
- Remove negative verbiage from your vocabulary
